Athletes: your brain fog and memory loss may be caused by sleep apnea

Many retired athletes struggle with brain fog and memory loss. Football players and those involved in contact sports are at the highest risk. While concussions can cause this, there are other possible explanations like obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) or strokes.

If you snore and feel tired during the day, I urge you to get tested for OSA. The great news is that if you have sleep apnea, there are several great treatments. Your brain fog will lift, and you’ll feel better!
